REFUND POLICY

Damaged/Defective

  • If you have any issues with any items you received from us, please contact us via email at KDCCustomerservice@gmail.com with photos and we will get back to you to work out a solution.

 

Order Cancellation

  • If you are wanting to cancel your order and receive a refund, we are only able to offer a refund to the original method of payment if the order has not been shipped and it is within 2 weeks of purchase. 
  • If it has been more than 14 days since the date of the order, then we will only be able to offer store credit.
